In this dream I went to Japan and someone gave me a radio. This radio could be changed into all kinds of shapes. It could be turned into a ball or stretched into other shapes. There were a lot of different radio stations and I listened to many Japanese stations and Chinese stations. I found the radio set was only about 2 dollars and it seemed I had purchased it online.
Then I was sitting with a man in a restaurant in Japan. I felt it may have been the Lord or an angel, but I am not sure. I was sitting in a corner and the table is long and there are people sitting on my right side. That guy also wanted to sit with me on the same table but so many people were sitting there. We had to move the table a bit to accommodate him. He was sitting across me over the very end of the table. It might be hard for him to reach the dishes.
Then we started to eat, and I found some lotus root, beef and zucchini on the table. Later I found that the owner could be a Chinese woman. She could speak Chinese with me but since there were other Americans at the table she spoke in English. One American girl came from Harrisburg, PA, so I asked her if she knew Randy Clark. She said she didn’t but another American man sitting beside her said he knew Randy Clark. I told them we just came from a conference and we were preaching gospel here. (In reality I have never traveled with Randy Clark but I am talking online classes in his school. I saw the man I mentioned earlier again. He was putting some meat on the BBQ with the owner of the restaurant. Later the American man who knew Randy Clark insisted on paying the bill, so I had to say okay. But I told him I can pray a blessing over him and I prayed to welcome the Holy Spirit and I was expecting that he would fall down under the presence of God or something like that in the dream.
Inspiration:
Dreams, especially prophetic dreams, are one of the ways that God speaks to us. A prophetic dream is a common way for God to speak to us who seek prophetic gifts. But many people who are prophetic admit that many people have prophetic dreams, but don’t fully understand what these dreams mean.
One of the purposes of prophetic dreams is for God to lead us and give us a certain burden through these dreams. I think this dream and my other dreams about Japan are a burden or leading by God, telling me that I might go to Japan to preach the gospel in the future. Several particular dreams about Japan have given me a burden to pray for Japan.
In another prophetic dream, I was taken to heaven to attend a meeting. The participants in the meeting were people to whom God will give a television ministry on earth in the future. After attending this meeting, I was taken to a studio and saw that this huge studio might be for me. None of this has happened in the real world, but I know that God has called me into the television and media ministry.
The radio may also be an important tool in the media ministry. God may have been telling me through this dream that in the future, I might preach the gospel in Japan through the radio and other media outlets. I have a burden to translate these dreams about Japan, as well as other content of Jairus Bible World Ministries, into English. I’m also considering translating them into Japanese in the future.
Dreams are pictorial languages. They can transcend the limitations of our minds and move our spirits. Job 33:14-16 (Recovery Version) says,
33:14 “For God speaks in one way, / Indeed in two ways, without any perceiving it —
33:15 In a dream, a night vision, / When deep sleep falls upon men / In the slumberings upon their beds—
33:16 Then He opens the ears of men / And seals up their instruction”.
Our minds often keep us from hearing God’s voice. Often, when God speaks to us, our mind fails to understand his voice. God frequently speaks to us through our minds, but we filter these thoughts out, thinking they are voices of the world or of our own thinking. Therefore, God has chosen dreams as a way to speak to us. When we are sleeping at night, when our soul is relatively quiet and the noise is relatively small, He will directly speak to our spirit through pictorial prophecies.
I had never been burdened to go to Japan to preach the gospel, or to pray for Japan; therefore God chose to speak to me through these dreams. One of God’s main purposes in giving us a prophetic vision is to lay a burden on our hearts and tell us what we will do in the future. In this way, we may begin preparing for it.
In addition, I had never thought about shooting movies until I had dozens of prophetic dreams in a row, in which I shot various movies. Then I realized that God wanted me to prepare myself to use movies to preach the gospel in the future. After I understood God’s intention, I stopped having these frequent dreams, even though I have not yet made any movies.
I have said many times that I was saved in the Local Church Movement overseas. I was taught to preach the gospel among North American Chinese students and scholars. My burden was to preach to Chinese scholars and immigrants to the United States. For a short time, I served full-time in the Local Church Movement. I mainly participated in the preaching of the gospel to Chinese students on campuses in North America. I never thought of going to China to preach the gospel, let alone going to Japan to preach the gospel. My thinking was completely limited to the scope of the Local Church Movement. The Local Church Movement pays attention to prophesying in a forth-telling sense or sharing inspiration after reading the Bible. But it does not prophesy in the way of foretelling, so I had never heard anyone tell me what I would do in the future.
After I started to be in contact with the Charismatic Movement and the Prophetic Movement in 2015, many people prophesied that I would go and serve in China, Vietnam, Egypt and other places in the future. These frequent prophecies slowly opened the limits of my thinking. Maybe God would really take me around the world to serve him one day. A Korean prophet, who had a great influence on me, told me that many prophecies about me have been fulfilled. He mentioned that in the future, my ministry would be headquartered in the United States, but I would travel to various places in China and serve various churches in the United States.
His prophecies have not yet been fulfilled, but I hold them in my heart. In January 2016, God personally spoke to me, telling me that Jairus Bible World Ministry came from Him. With other confirmations from God, I know that the ministry that He has prepared for me in the future may be very big.
Around 2015, I started to be in contact with Randy Clark and his ministry, Global Awakening. After being filled with the Holy Spirit in 2015, I began to systematically study the Christian Healing Certification Program (CHCP) and Christian Prophetic Certification Program (CPCP) offered by his ministry. I successfully completed these courses in 2017. In a special meeting of Global Awakening, I heard of Randy Clark’s Scholars program, a doctoral program jointly organized by them and the United Theological Seminary. God inspired me to sign up. I had never attended a seminary, so I didn’t have a master’s degree in theology. I knew I needed to have a master’s degree in theology to get a doctorate. Therefore, in accordance with the regulations, I spent two years taking a pre-doctoral program at the United Theological Seminary from 2017 to 2019, which is equivalent to a master’s degree in theology. I began to study the doctoral program in 2019.
I had this dream in November 2, 2016. At that time, I was studying for my Christian Prophetic Certification Program (CPCP). At one point, I heard Randy Clark say that someone prophesied to him that Asia is his next Brazil. He is leading a lot of people to preach the gospel in Brazil every year, where many healings have taken place. These healings have brought about some revivals.
This prophecy mentioned that God would open the door for him to preach the gospel in Asia in the future. In another dream, I found that Randy Clark and I went to China and other parts of Asia to preach the gospel, and I acted as his translator.
In the second prophetic dream, my inspiration is that the mysterious man is possibly the Lord Himself. Sometimes, prophetic dreams are just a pictorial language to convey what God has said to us. In such a dream, the language of these pictures or even animations may not have happened. It is just like a small TV drama series that God has arranged for us. It helps us understand what God is saying to us through pictorial language.
However, sometimes, dreams are still real spiritual experiences. The dreams are the records left in our souls. For example, when I was taken to heaven in a prophetic dream, this is a real spiritual experience. He uses a method like a prophetic dream to allow our soul to retain these memories.
I felt that this dream was a real experience. Maybe I was brought to Japan to participate in certain activities in my spirit, and through my dreams I have these records in my soul. These dreams include many details which would have been difficult for the soul to imagine on its own.
For example, in this dream, I have detailed memories of the owner of the restaurant, the dishes we ate, and the people involved. I also remember many other details. This is not a simple dream in the soul. Dreams in the soul are usually about things we have experienced before. However, dreams in the spirit often include thorough details about things that we have never experienced before. Personally, I have never been to Japan. These details would be hard to conjure up on our own, without the help of God.
Dreams in the soul are usually in fragments, and spiritual dreams are not in fragments. Sometimes, a spiritual dream can be incomplete for some reason. But this just shows that our memory is not always complete.
God often takes us somewhere in spirit to participate in certain activities. Many of my prophetic dreams have proven that God often does this. For example, in another prophetic dream, I was taken to a campus in China. When I was hesitating about what to do there, the Lord Jesus suddenly appeared in the light. He laid His hands on my head and I immediately fell to the ground. After I was able to stand up, He was gone. Another example is that I was taken to some strange places. There, I told the inhabitants the testimony of my miraculous baby. While I was telling this story, the people were moved to tears.
I can conjecture that this prophetic dream about being in a restaurant in Japan represents a place where the Lord will bring us to gather in the spirit. Of course, it may also be a pictorial message. Maybe one day, some of us, including Chinese and Americans, will be paired up to preach the gospel in Japan.
In short, I believe that God told me that Japan will have a great revival. Many people will participate in this revival. We have to prepare ourselves in all aspects. First of all, we must pray for Japan and the Japanese people. We should pray that God removes the various strongholds built by evil spirits over Japan, and we should pray that God closes the door to the enemy. Pray that God delivers the Japanese people who worship idols and live in various other types of sins. God has good plans for the Japanese people. Jesus Christ gave up His life for them. Although Japan is small in size, it contains more than 100 million people who were created in the image and likeness of God, just like us.
In another prophetic dream, I was taken in my spirit to go fishing on an island in Japan, where the Lord Jesus appeared to me. My hand was hurt because of fishing. He healed my hand with something he took out of the nail marks in His leg. This was also a prophetic dream. It might mean that the suffering of Jesus on the cross would save the Japanese people. I will explain this dream in more detail when I share this prophetic dream.
Note: I started having prophetic dreams more often beginning in 2015 and a number of these dreams were about Japan. I remember some of these dreams clearly and I wrote them down immediately when I woke up. However, some of them were a little vague so I omitted a few dreams I had about Japan. I am not sure if they are really from the Lord. But some of these dreams are wild enough for a Chinese person to be dreaming about at all. For those who may not be aware, there is still much tension between Chinese and Japanese people because of Japan previously invading China.
I’m still new to prophetic dreams so I may not understand all of them currently. However, I still felt I should write and share them to encourage those who have a burden to preach the Gospel to the Japanese people. Let’s continue to pray for Japan and the Japanese people. God loves them enough to die for them, so they can receive Jesus Christ as their Lord. I do believe one thing from these dreams and that is the coming of a great revival in Japan and this revival will come to China later. I personally feel this revival in Japan is a sign of the coming great revival in China and the latter will spread all over the world. The reason I believe this revival in Japan will come to China is also based on one of dreams below. These are my personal convictions as I am not sure if my interpretation is correct.
